Was charged 4.5 hrs for a job that takes at most (and that’s being extremely generous) an hour. However, that’s on me ignorantly trusting a dealership.

This place is my favorite service center. The staff is attentive, and I feel comfortable when I walk in to have my car serviced. They're happy to answer all of my questions and make sure my wait is as comfortable as possible.

So my son took his car to them 3 weeks ago because his AC stopped working. They did a leak check and said it was not leaking and just needed Freon so he got it recharged. So 2 weeks goes by and it stops working again he takes it back they charge him for another leak check and find a leak this time. Then they tried to talk him into putting more Freon in even though it’s leaking. This place’s maintenance department is shady taking advantage of a young kid.
