Sherri at Jim Clark Chevrolet service department has always treated me with respect and gets my vehicle(s) in quickly for any routine maintenance or other repairs. She listens to my explanation of what I need and want. Then accurately describes my concerns to the mechanics. Thus I have always been very satisfied with the results.

Mrs. Gfeller was very helpful and kept me in the loop. The gentleman that recommended my truck needed a flush is the best. Since picking up the truck, knock on wood, I have not experienced any jerking. Kudos to the whole service team. The cashier is also amazing. She always asks if I have points to help me lower my bill. I have been to this dealership twice now for an oil change and it defies the dealership stereotypes beautifully by being less expensive, more friendly, more convenient, faster, and far less intimidating to deal with than other local options. They are respectful of my time and provide a spacious waiting area for families with children.

Terrible service once again, Took truck in for oil change. Says on receipt they checked air in tires, lubed, tire rotation, and oil change. Received my truck back and they didn't reset the computer, nothing was greased, they haven't been touched, and all the tires were low, so pretty sure they didn't check them, since they didn't get rotated. Told Sheri about it, got the usual response.......Nothing.......Who knows if they even changed the oil......TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a no star I would. Had same experience a while back, thought I would try them again and see if anything changed, Nope.....Try another service department, this one sucks

Well we are selling our truck so we took it in to get serviced so that it would be good to go. Oil change, rotation of the tires, etc. Got it back in terrible condition than how we took it in. They had it for 9 hours and gave us our truck back in AWFUL CONDITION. Engine light coming on, it’s misfiring, sounds like it’s going to shut off at any given moment, etc. it’s not even safe to drive. And they wanted close to a thousand dollars for all the “fixing” they did. What a joke. Avoid this place at all costs.

Apparently the service department won't even look at my 78 Camaro because it's too old. How does a chevy dealership not know how to look at a chevy vehicle? Not only that, older cars are even easier to work on, so I'm left confused. They literally told me to try a mom and pop shop 🤣

I was having a brake light issue so I brought my car to Jim Clark to see if they can identify the issue and fix it. They ended up narrowing it down to a brake light switch and said it would be $275 for parts and labor. Mind you they said it was gonna be a brand new OEM switch so I agreed to the maintenance and got my car back the next day. 2 days later I started experiencing the same exact issue with my brake lights, so I looked at the “brand new” switch and saw that it in fact was not new at all. They never replaced my brake light switch or if they did they used one off of another vehicle. Do not go here for anything. They are running a shady business and over charging unknowing customers. 10/10 would not recommend coming here.

So my son took his car to them 3 weeks ago because his AC stopped working. They did a leak check and said it was not leaking and just needed Freon so he got it recharged. So 2 weeks goes by and it stops working again he takes it back they charge him for another leak check and find a leak this time. Then they tried to talk him into putting more Freon in even though it’s leaking. This place’s maintenance department is shady taking advantage of a young kid.

We bought a car from their dealership for a great price and we were very excited. Within the month the car became a nightmare. We barely drove the vehicle and we have had to spend 6k on a transmission 2k alternator 2k manifold and convertor And it's still not fixed And Jim Clark said "sorry" can't do anything.
