Sherri at Jim Clark Chevrolet service department has always treated me with respect and gets my vehicle(s) in quickly for any routine maintenance or other repairs. She listens to my explanation of what I need and want. Then accurately describes my concerns to the mechanics. Thus I have always been very satisfied with the results.

Mrs. Gfeller was very helpful and kept me in the loop. The gentleman that recommended my truck needed a flush is the best. Since picking up the truck, knock on wood, I have not experienced any jerking. Kudos to the whole service team. The cashier is also amazing. She always asks if I have points to help me lower my bill. So my son took his car to them 3 weeks ago because his AC stopped working. They did a leak check and said it was not leaking and just needed Freon so he got it recharged. So 2 weeks goes by and it stops working again he takes it back they charge him for another leak check and find a leak this time. Then they tried to talk him into putting more Freon in even though it’s leaking. This place’s maintenance department is shady taking advantage of a young kid.

People shouldn't have to be dressed to the nines or whatever reason he was hesitating to serve him, to be taken seriously about buying a nice car. He came all the way from Topeka...it wasn't just to look.
