She listens to my explanation of what I need and want. Then accurately describes my concerns to the mechanics. Thus I have always been very satisfied with the results.

I have been to this dealership twice now for an oil change and it defies the dealership stereotypes beautifully by being less expensive, more friendly, more convenient, faster, and far less intimidating to deal with than other local options. They are respectful of my time and provide a spacious waiting area for families with children.

Terrible service once again, Took truck in for oil change. Says on receipt they checked air in tires, lubed, tire rotation, and oil change. Received my truck back and they didn't reset the computer, nothing was greased, they haven't been touched, and all the tires were low, so pretty sure they didn't check them, since they didn't get rotated. Told Sheri about it, got the usual response.......Nothing.......Who knows if they even changed the oil......TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a no star I would. Had same experience a while back, thought I would try them again and see if anything changed, Nope.....Try another service department, this one sucks
