Mrs. Gfeller was very helpful and kept me in the loop. The gentleman that recommended my truck needed a flush is the best. Since picking up the truck, knock on wood, I have not experienced any jerking. Kudos to the whole service team. The cashier is also amazing. She always asks if I have points to help me lower my bill. Was charged 4.5 hrs for a job that takes at most (and that’s being extremely generous) an hour. However, that’s on me ignorantly trusting a dealership.
