Mrs. Gfeller was very helpful and kept me in the loop. The gentleman that recommended my truck needed a flush is the best. Since picking up the truck, knock on wood, I have not experienced any jerking. Kudos to the whole service team. The cashier is also amazing. She always asks if I have points to help me lower my bill. I have been to this dealership twice now for an oil change and it defies the dealership stereotypes beautifully by being less expensive, more friendly, more convenient, faster, and far less intimidating to deal with than other local options. SUPER Satisfied!!! I had a awesome experience with this dealership!!! The sale man Pat Magee was great , my husband flew to Kansas from Tn and Pat met him at the airport, prepared the truck and fixed all the little things . I would definitely recommend them !!
